A positive outlook for San Diego’s economy - SignOnSanDiego.com

As the owner of a retail business - tied somewhat to the housing market - in San Diego, the last 2 years have been more than a little trying. But since the beginning of the year, we've had the feeling that things were starting to loosen up.

An article in today's San Diego Union Tribune by Matthew T. Hall, seems to confirm our optimism. In a report out of USD, for the first time since 1984 all of the economic criteria that they use to evaluate the local economy were pointing up, suggesting a positive outlook for 2010!
